Noticed a few negative reviews and wanted to confirm I have used this location since day 1 with unlimited pass. Billing, cleanliness of facility and amenities are 2nd to none. I know the ownership and they will make any mistakes right.

The best full service car wash in the Triangle! Wheel and tire cleaning is as good as doing it yourself! Vacuum is powerful and fast. Window cleaning and interior cleaning products are complimentary! Staff always available to answer questions and provide clean and fresh towels. Best prices anywhere. 5-Star!!

This car wash is the best we have in town the people work is nice and friendly, they have clean towels, the vacuum is very good, products for cleaning your car in side. The place is nice and clean. The prices is great.😊

My husband and I both bought the membership plans when they 1st opened, we couldn't be more pleased!!! The staff is always super friendly and nice, the car wash is amazing, my Jeep stays Super clean now. I love that they supply towels, air to clean out your vents or blow out the center console area and spray cleaners and the vacuum is so powerful and does a wonderful job. My Mom also purchased the membership and loves the mat cleaner we have weather tech mats so haven't used that but she's like the guy helped me and showed me how and it's the coolest thing!! She goes wkly as well and our cars are so clean. Really going to be useful come pollen season!!😂 My dog, Sugar doesn't mind it either and always likes to people watch while I clean and vacuum.

The Riptide Car Wash is GOATED. I have the unlimited was membership on all 4 of my cars and I find myself at the wash multiple times a week, however, the service is always top notch. Not many places where you can get a great wash, free air fresheners, and a great mat wash system all in one. My favorite part of the car wash is that each vacuum station has these air compressors that are so clutch when you are trying to dry the rest of your car.

Probably the best car wash I’ve used. They use a lot of soap and the tire shine at the end tops it off. Free vacuum, floor mat cleaning sink and machine plus window cleaner. Top notch place. I’m a “car guy” and I definitely recommend this place.

Excellent location. All self serve after the wash. This location has air as well to blow out your vehicle. Cloth matt and hard matt cleaning/washing station. They do have multi car plans as well. Veteran plans come only in November as of this writing.
